The Casspir is a landmine-protected personnel carrier (APC) that has been in use for over 20 years. It is a four wheeled armoured vehicle, used for transport of troops. It can hold a crew of two, plus 12 additional soldiers and associated gear. The Casspir was unique in design when launched, providing for passive mine defence. The main body of the vehicle is V-shaped and raised above the ground, so that if a mine is detonated, the explosion is less likely to damage the crew compartment and kill the occupants. The cross-section of the hull is V-shaped, directing the force of the explosion outwards, further protecting the occupants. The vehicle is also armoured for added mine safety, as well as protection from small arms fire. The Casspir was the inspiration and prototype for the US Marines MRAP project.

Building on the original sound design concepts that were core to it dominating the APC market, PANZER Technologies has modernised the MAMBA to embrace emerging threat protection, improved performance and increased its role in modern Peace Keeping initiatives and War Theatres. Panzer Technologies has retained the MAMBA’s structural design advantages that have been the inspiration for a plethora of subsequent vehicle designs.

The Magirus Iveco, or optional Mercedes Benz drive trains, are both highly compatible with most existing vehicle fleets. Reducing spares inventory, technical and operator training, reduces costs and increases speed to deployment.

The increased engine capacity and output provides similar power to the Casspir in a lighter more nimble vehicle, improving performance in urban theatres, particularly:

Tighter Turning Circles

Better Acceleration

Greater Payload for Up-Armoring and Weapon Systems over its Troop Compliment

Adherence to tried and tested European components, increasing reliability and reducing downtime in African Theatres over American component based vehicles.

Up to 8 roof hatch firing points

Flexible configuration as APC, Ambulance, AFV, C2 or communications vehicle

Sterling Cross Defense Systems, a Canadian Company, is proud to announce its new partnership with International Cartridge Corporation as Exclusive Distributor in Canada.

International Cartridge Corporation is the first major manufacturer to dedicate its facility to lead-free and non-toxic frangible ammunition. At International Cartridge Corporation we believe this raises the bar for the future of lead-free frangible ammunition.

Conventional ammunition has a significant hazard associated with close range fire, ricochet and over penetration. The International Cartridge Corporation’s round has controlled fragmentation characteristics while maintaining lethal penetrating capabilities. This unique performance reduces hazard for the shooter without compromising firepower.

The Draganflyer X6 is a remotely operated, unmanned, miniature helicopter designed to carry wireless video cameras and still cameras. Operate the Draganflyer X6 helicopter with the easy to use handheld controller while viewing what the helicopter sees through video glasses. The Draganflyer X6 helicopter uses a unique 6-rotor design refined from an original concept that has been under development since early 2006.

Expandable

The Draganflyer X6 helicopter accepts multiple interchangeable video camera and still camera modules.

Choose the camera that is best for you:

10.1 MP digital still camera with 720p video recording

1080p HD video camera

Low light video camera

Thermal imaging video camera

Micro color video camera

Increased Thrust

The Draganflyer X6 helicopter utilizes an innovative six-rotor design. The six rotors are arranged as three counter-rotating offset pairs mounted at the ends of the three arms, with matched sets of counter-rotating rotor blades. Differential thrust from these three equally spaced points make the Draganflyer X6 helicopter able to maneuver quickly and precisely. The offset layout increases the thrust without increasing the size of the footprint, and naturally eliminates loss of efficiency due to torque compensation.

Quiet & Efficient

Not only does the unique design maximize thrust, it also minimizes sound output. Because the rotor blades are designed for maximum efficiency, they naturally produce less turbulence when spinning. And because the motors direct drive the rotors, no noisy gearing is required. At hover the Draganflyer X6 produces less than (approx.) 65dB of sound at one meter (3 feet), and less than (approx.) 60dB at three meters (9 feet).

Functions In Small Areas

The Draganflyer X6 is small enough to fly indoors where other full-size helicopters or airplanes can’t, yet is large enough to fly outdoors.

Sterling Cross Defense Systems Corp and SCDS-Schmeisser GmbH of Germany has agreed to partner together for the Manufacture and Sale of the Schmeisser M4, Schmeisser M16 and the Schmeisser Designated Marksman Rifle (DMR) in Canada and also to other countries that Sterling Cross Defense Corp has strong links and connections with.

Hard earned expert knowledge and ongoing success in this field resulted in the foundation of the Schmeisser GmbH. The company Schmeisser GmbH proudly carries the name of Hugo Schmeisser, doubtless one of the most innovative arms designer of the 20th century. This is the tradition, carried forward into the 21st century by the new Schmeisser Company.

Schmeisser weaponary conforms to the latest NATO mil specs, delivering a 100% parts compatibility with already fielded arms M-16 and M-4.

Aluminum parts are drop forged from T7075T6, Steel parts are hammer forged from Thyssen Krupp Steel prior to being machined on state of the art CNC equipment.

Our thoroughly Teutonic approach to compromise free total precision manufacturing guarantees best accuracy, a long service life and a most reliable function when it counts the most. A gun to stake your life and mission on!

The HSG-1 has a self-loading system and is locked by a movable part supported closure. The Triflon coated housing is additionally fixed by stabilizing bars on the right and left. This stabilisation rails are mounted in a complex laser welding process to the greatest possible freedom from distortion over the entire length of the rails. The superior accuracy is achieved by hardened runs from German production. The lens is mounted with a rail “Picatinny profile” in a laser welding process and is directly mounted on the housing. The length of the stent was chosen so that the heaviest lenses could be mounted easily. The seawater-resistant Triflon housing is oil and acid resistant, has a 8000 abrasion resistance with sliding and running properties. .308 Win caliber, barrel length 630mm, 305/1/12 twist, overall length 1185 mm, weight 5.7 Kg

Sterling Cross Defense has a vast experience in the Shotgun and Shotgun ammunition market. Sterling Cross has a complete range of shotguns to meet various needs and requirements of Military, Law Enforcement and Sports shooter.

SCDS Molot 12 Gauge

The main problem with Military and Law Enforcement pump action shotgun’s is the time and effectiveness of breaching a door. This is where the SCDS Molot 12 Gauge comes into its own. With a semi-automatic system, 8-10 round magazine and a special magazine funnel which allows for faster reloading, what more could a specialist breacher want from a shotgun.
